EU Substantive law is a class on EU policies. It explores different fields in which EU law developed, and the relationship between developments at EU level, and national and/or international law. In 2020, the class will take "climate change" policies as a starting point of our analysis: we will examine the impact of the European Commission "Green Deal" on EU policies, and, reversely, test the compatibility with EU law of recent proposals resulting from the French "Convention citoyenne pour le climat".
